Abstract :

This Paper proposes closed loop controlled interleaved high voltage gain Continuous Conduction mode (CCM )boost converter for load and source disturbance to achieve regulated DC output voltage. The high voltage gain of proposed interleaved boost converter is achieved by use of input coupled inductor .The voltage stress between the switch is reduced by retrieval of leakage energy from coupled inductor . The proposed boost converter has been examined under various scenarios such as voltage stress across the switch, conduction loss. The analysis of high voltage gain boost converter was made under Continuous Conduction Mode (CCM) of operation. Hence the interleaved CCM boost converter reduces voltage stress the switch and increases the voltage gain. The interleaved high voltage gain boost converter output voltage is regulated by using closed loop PI controller with load and source disturbance. Simulation results are presented to validate the proposed converter using MA TLAB simulink software.
