IMPACT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON EMPLOYEE COMMITMENT

Abstract :

This paper examines the influence of organizational culture on enhancing employee commitment. Empirical results of this study indicate a positive association between various aspects of organizational culture such as openness in decision-making, promoting professionalism, organizational goal integration, promoting fun at work, innovation & employees’ participation in decision-making process, transparent communication, fair HR practices, effective conflict management mechanism, customer focus, leadership styles, etc.
