IMPACT OF FLOOD AND BANK EROSION ON HUMAN LIFE: A CASE STUDY OF PANCHANANDAPUR AT MALDA, WEST BENGAL, INDIA

Abstract :

River bank erosion, is the wearing away of bank materials of a river. It is a dynamic process affecting the concave side of the bank, while depositing sediments on the opposite side.
