Manisha Sharma, Dr. R. Sucharan Reddy

By : Laxmi Book Publication

Abstract :

Vikram Seths first novel The Golden Gate is novel, in the sense that this is a fiction in verse. Novel in verse is a thing of novelty. In the recent literary history, novels in verse have not appeared though Vikram Seth says he has drawn inspiration from Alexander Puskin who has composed Eugene Onegin, a novel in verse.
