Volume : II, Issue : VIII, September - 2012 A Comparative Study Of The Effect Of Isotonic And Isometric Exercises On Minimum Muscular Fitness Among Physical Education StudentsR. P. Tuppekar and Chaya.Kothe Published By : Laxmi Book Publication Abstract : A lack of conclusive evidence concerning cross-transfer in isometric strength
training is apparent. Information resulting from this study can help determine the nature
of isometric strength gains in both ipsilateral (trained) and contralateral (untrained)
limbs. This study is needed to help answer the prevailing question concerning isometric
training, to add to previous research in this area, and possibly to present new thought
and concepts to isometric training techniques. Keywords : Article : Cite This Article : R. P. Tuppekar and Chaya.Kothe, (2012).
