Canadian writer. Mistry was born on July 3, 1952 in Mumbai, India. Rohinton earned his Bachelor's Degree in
Mathematics and Economics from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai in the year 1973. In 1975, he along with his wife
migrated to Canada where he worked in a bank as a clerk for a short time before returning to his studies. He earned
