Abstract :

The industrial as well as economic development is based on efficient human resource. For the availability of sufficient qualitative human resource, Government time to time changes regulatory framework. For the efficient qualitative human resource, corporate sector depends on the business as well as technical institution and vice versa. The harmonies relationship between these parties is mutually beneficial for both. This paper is nothing but small efforts towards to find out how to increase the degree of relationship and fulfillment from industry and management institutes.
