Abstract :

Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual discipline. One of the goals of yoga is for the attainment of a state of perfect spiritual insight and tranquility while meditating on Super soul. Both the meditative and the exercise components of yoga show promise for non-specific health benefits.
