BIOINORGANIC MODELLING OF METALLOENZYMES USING COPPER AND ZINC COMPLEXES

Manish Pratap Singh, -

By : Laxmi Book Publication

Abstract :

Bioinorganic chemistry bridges the gap between inorganic chemistry and biological systems by studying the role of metal ions in living organisms. Copper and zinc are essential transition metals that play vital roles in enzymatic catalysis, electron transfer, and structural stabilization in proteins.
