Abstract :

The increasing participation of women in the workforce has transformed the socio-economic structure of Indian society and significantly influenced family relationships and marital life. Working women perform multiple roles as employees, wives, mothers, and caregivers, often facing challenges in balancing professional responsibilities with family obligations.
